Shipping policy
Effective as of the date of purchase.
We ship to all domestic addresses within the contiguous United States, via our authorized carrier partners, USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated automatically by carriers at checkout based on the total weight of your order, packaging and package size, using their published rate schedules. The applicable rate will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping is not available at this time. However, we periodically run promotional discounts — including free shipping offers — exclusively for our community. Follow our newsletters, social media accounts, and website announcements to be the first to know when free shipping or discount promotions are active. These offers are time-limited and may be subject to qualifying conditions as stated at the time of the promotion.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location, the selected carrier, and carrier service levels chosen at checkout. Delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Non-Refundable Shipping
All shipping and handling fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. In the event that a refund is approved for your order, the cost of any return shipping — whether prepaid by us or deducted at time of refund — will be subtracted from the total refund amount issued to you. If you pay for your return shipping, the return shipping amount will not be deducted from the refund. Your original shipping cost will not be refunded, unless explicitly stated by our support team.

- The shipping fee you paid at checkout is non-refundable, unless our support team explicitly states otherwise in your case.
- Return shipping where we provide the label
- If we arrange return shipping on your behalf, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Return shipping where you pay out of pocket
- If you arrange and pay for your own return shipping, that cost will not be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for those charges directly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We’re happy to offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the carrier at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination, by the selected carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). Because these rates are set by the carrier, we do not have control over carrier-calculated shipping rates, and cannot change or adjust them.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid at checkout.
International Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Clearance Fees
International orders, shipped outside the United States, may be subject to VAT, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, clearance charges, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price, order total, or shipping rate (calculated above), and are the responsibility of the customer/Buyer.
We hope your package arrives smoothly and without issue. However, we are not responsible for any expenses, losses, or additional costs incurred during shipping, transit, or transport. Please note that customs policies and import requirements vary by country, and we are unable to predict, control, or cover any charges that may be applied by customs or the carrier after shipment. We are also not responsible for delays, holds, inspections, refusals, returns, or additional costs caused by customs processing or import requirements.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that all import-related fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If a package is refused, returned, abandoned, or destroyed because import charges were not paid, any associated costs, losses, or delays remain the customer’s responsibility.
RETURN SHIPPING
At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for Domestic or International orders. We are working toward providing this option in the future, especially to our United States and local Buyers, but until then, customers are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs, including postage and any related delivery charges. If you choose to return or exchange an item, you will need to arrange and pay for the shipment back to us.
However, in some rare cases, we may allow returns for Domestic orders, and in those cases, the following still apply:
- We provide a label for Return shipping — If we arrange return shipping on your behalf, we provide the label, but the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund amount, unless explicitly stated otherwise by our Team.
- You pay out of pocket — If you arrange and pay for your own return shipping, label, etc. that cost will not be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for those charges directly.
- Exception — If, as stated by our support, the return is the result of our mistake or error, such as a wrong item shipped or a damaged product, we will likely cover the cost of return shipping, and it will not be deducted from your refund. But the shipping fee you paid at checkout remains non-refundable. If there’s an error with your order, please contact our support team so we can make it right.
⚠ Before You Ship Anything Back
Do not send any items back to us without first contacting our team and receiving approval. We cannot guarantee acceptance, refunds, or other accommodations for items returned without prior authorization. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address and any specific requirements. Unapproved returns may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
